Diane and her staff are truly the best. I initially contacted Singleton Smith for a free consultation to get some advice on my child custody case. Her staff took down all my relevant information and pulled my case so that when I consulted with Diane she was completely up to speed on my situation. She is not only a brilliant attorney, she is also very kind and compassionate, which I appreciated during such a difficult time. I am so happy I chose Diane to help me, I feel she changed mine and my children’s future for the better!

Absolutely amazed at the knowledge and professionalism of this law office. I was able to receive a quick appointment to address my concerns and at the end of the phone call, had a sense of calm that I haven't had in months. They were very upfront and honest about what I could be facing in the near future and ways the lawfirm could assist me when the time came. Being in the military, it was nice talking to an attorney that also retired from the armed service. Everyone I spoke to, including Rachel from the front desk was helpful and kind. I know, without a doubt, why this is rated the top lawfirm in the IE and who will be assisting me with my visitation issues.

My friend reached out to me asking for help, she asked me if I could help her find an attorney to help represent her in her child custody case. I looked online and reached out to our community and singleton smith came up multiple times we made an apt with them and ended up using them for her case. John cannon was her attorney assigned to her case and he was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. He was very attentive and sharp. When it came to her case by the time her hearing came as she was served by the other party, she got everything she asked for, and more thanks to the help of Mr. Cannon. I would highly recommend this law office if you were dealing with family law and highly recommend Mr. Cannon. All the stuff at this place was friendly kind and patient throughout this process. I’ve dealt with other attorneys and legal matters and this was one of the nicest stuff I have dealt with in many years.

Divorce is awful but sometimes necessary to save yourself. Mine was made tougher due to personal unavoidable health issues. I relied on Singleton Smith 100% to take care of it. Everyone there was extremely nice and informative all along the way. I was very happy with the final outcome, which I believe was very fair to both parties.
